About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Solutions Engineer with good knowledge of the ad-tech industry from publisher, provider, and 3rd party perspectives. You will need to understand clients' business goals and provide feasible solutions. The ideal Solutions Engineer is not only tech savvy but also comfortable with communicating directly with Partners. Technical Solutions team members work most closely with Biz Dev and Partner teams so flexibility and a strong sense of ownership are critical to the role. Responsibilities

  • Work with cross functional teams on seamless integration and implementation of ReFUEL4 into Partner environments
  • Solve how to implement highly scalable dynamic ad campaigns with Partners
  • Have ownership and lead all technical aspects related to implementation, customization, and optimization between Partner and ReFUEL4 teams.
  • Interact with key technical Partner contacts and proactively follow-up on ongoing technical issues.
  • Be the subject matter expert on integration and implementation of ReFUEL4 in Partner environments.
  • Actively participate in the development of our business by providing the best solution at the right time.
  • Work in a fast paced innovative environment and be cool under pressure.



Requirements

  • Degree in computer science or technology related degree.
  • Deep understanding of the full web technology stack and/or mobile (TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, RESTful API)
  • Experience in project coordination/management and ensuring that internal and external teams are meeting deliverables on time and under budget.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with data analysis and solution consultation.
  • Clearly show autonomy and the ability to work outside of a team.
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate to senior leaders.
  • Be able to juggle SE work as well as deal with distractions (e.g. Reporting requests and so on).
  • The ideal candidate will already have a good understanding of the Facebook APIs, ad tech, and experience building mobile/web apps
