Senior Platform Success Associate
About The Position
Come join an an exciting, fast-paced, cutting-edge SaaS (software-as-a-service) start-up with global offices. This role is based in PH, and responsible for all advertiser & designer engagement on our platform. The Customer Success Associate - Platform team, will work closely with our larger, global Sales & Customer Success team to provide exceptional follow-up to our clients including: on-boarding Enterprise / Lite clients, assisting in any queries, troubleshooting, bug resolution and ensuring an overall smooth experience with the our client's dashboard.
This role is responsible for owning and analysing all of our proprietary data data, interpreting and working with the creative team to further engage clients and improve clients' ROI & ROW on their online advertising spending with us.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- Excellent International English oral and written skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- 1-2 years experience in client management, tech industry, mass communications
- Digital and online marketing background a huge plus.
- On-line creative and digital marketing understanding.
- Proven track record with success client communication and engagement.
- Able to problem solve independently
- Digital Project Management.
- Language: Mandarin and/or English
